Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen walked the red carpet last night for the Dolce & Gabbana charity event hosted by Penelope Cruz, and we couldn’t help but notice how drastically opposite these two are becoming and this time, it’s not just the hair. Mary-Kate kept up her rock and roll vibe with heavy black ankle boots, but went for more of an undone sexy look a la Kate Moss. Ashley opted for a more polished look, with a buttoned-up frock and super high Balenciaga platform pumps. Looking at these pix it’s almost hard to believe these two are related — never mind twins! Which sister’s style do you prefer Mary-Kate or Ashley’s?

How exciting! The first big nominations for the Red Carpet season are out, and we already have visions of baubles and big hairdos bouncing in our heads. The Golden Globes are just about a month away, and we know which stars we’re excited to see on the big night, January 15th: Beyonce, who has been turning out night after night in frilly, trained gowns (like this one from Elie Saab at the Dreamgirls premiere in L.A.) and Cate Blanchett, who always dresses to perfection (as she did in Ralph Lauren to Babel’s premiere. We still swoon remembering her dazzling John Galliano butterfly gown from Oscars ‘99.) We can hardly wait for the holiday season to end so our favorite fashion time of the year can get started! This is getting a little silly. How can one woman change her hair color so often? Perhaps Britney saw your opinions about her brunette look on Monday (most of you prefer her as a blonde). Spotted out on Tuesday, the newly single mom seems to have shifted towards more of honey blonde, this time with some extensions. We’ll try to get to the bottom of her constantly changing look and will let you know what we learn. But in the meantime, feel free to discuss amongst yourselves.

Scarlett Johansson is a girl who loves to play with her looks, and we love her for it! Whether it’s an outrageous up-do or bright red lips, she never misses an opportunity to experiment with her hair and makeup.
