The look is copied from me. I started wearing a grey one over two years ago. I told a close friend, “Watch, they’ll be copying me in a year.” We were walking down 3rd Street Promendade in Santa Monica. Slowly the designers inched their way up to the cut I wore. And now even the color is popular in that cut. I knew it would happen and saw it coming from a long way off. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and draw a new style of clothing as a teenager. I have trends I’ll be starting shortly. I’ve been holding back, but the time is nearing. The braindead designers will be all over it and me afterward.
