How Does Mario Lopez Get That Glow? It Ain’t From Dancing With The Stars!

Ever wonder what puts the rose in Mario Lopez’s cheeks? Turns out that the Dancing with the Stars runner-up has been going to famed Hollywood facialist Ole Henriksen for the past three years. According to his therapist at the Face/Body spa, the actor likes to keep his home regimen simple, using Henricksen’s Aloe Vera Deep Cleanser, Pick Me Up Tonic, and Vitamin Plus Balancing Crème. The products even come in handy travel sizes — all the better for jetting off to Vegas.

Um . . . I realize men go to facialists and hang out at spas, but it still seems like a girl thing to me. Personally, I assumed Mario Lopez might have gotten his rosy cheeks from working out at the gym or taking a hike in the Hollywood hills—not from visiting his therapist at some fancy spa. Am I just old-fashioned, or what?

I applaud Mario for taking care of his skin. It’s just a prctical thing to do- it’s neither girlie nor manly…it’s just smart. A real man takes care of himself without caring what people think. More men could benefit from a skin care routine. Besides…Mario has nothing to prove in the manly department.

I’ve loved this guy since Saved by the Bell. In fact, I once got kicked out of class in 7th grade for wanting to leave the class to get a BOP picture of this guy. The teacher said, “if you leave don’t come back.”
I got kicked out, but it was worth it! And I still managed to go to college, get on the dean’s list, blah blah. So he didn’t ruin my future, just that day I guess! He’s just as HOT today if not more. Still love him! And so what, he likes the spa! So does my hubby. That doesn’t make him weird!!
