Not everybody lives in Los Angeles or the O.C. Most people live on average incomes and live in the suburbs, and WORK, instead of driving around Mercedes Benz and spending mommy and daddy’s money. “Faux leather from target” is a much more realistic purchase than spending $300 on a real leather coat from a fancy store. Plus, it looks the same, and a cow didn’t have to die to make it. And Rachel Bilson looks gorgeous. If no one had pointed it out, everyone would just assume she spent a ton of money on this outfit from some shop on Rodeo Drive! It makes sense to spend less and look just as great as you would if you spent $800 instead of $80.
