Mary-Kate & Lindsay Rock Out In Eighties Tees

Even though they were both born in 1986, Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen are paying homage to some of the decade’s biggest musical acts. Lohan (left) headed out for a day of shopping in Los Angeles recently wearing a Motley Crue t-shirt (the band released “Dr. Feelgood” in 1989). Olsen went for the complete 80’s look by pairing her iconic “Frankie says Relax” t-shirt (Frankie Goes to Hollywood released “Relax” in 1983) with skinny jeans with zippers at the ankles. They aren’t the only young fans of 80’s pop t-shirts — Jessica Simpson (born in 1980) was recently spotted in a t-shirt emblazoned with “The Police.” As long as no one starts wearing Flock of Seagulls haircuts, we think this trend is totally rad. Do you agree? Will you be rocking out in eighties tees, too?

Have I ever mentioned how UGLY skinny jeans are?! These are the things you would get teased for wearing at school and suddenly they’re in fashion? YUCK! I can’t say it enough!!

The 80’s fashions suck!!! I HATE the skinny jeans, they do not look good on anyone unless they are 90 pounds. 80’s music was horrible, why would you want to advertise crappy music on your chest?? Not a fan of this look at all.

The 80’s are coming back full swing. I’m loving the rocker tee’s, especially with those skinny jeans!

Thank you Christine…The 80’s need not come back and these outfits are so haggard looking. What happened to nice fitted jeans, a cute cropped blazer, and high heeled boot? Hopefully, masses of people will not try to clone them!

I think MK loks great. She is a pioneer of fashion. She has total originality and is confident with whatever she wears….thats what makes her a fashionista.

Grew up in the 80’s love the t-shirts, but I doubt Lindsay listens to motley Crue.
