Brokeback Mountain was not only a ground-breaking, Oscar-winning movie, but it was also perfectly costumed. Didn’t Jake Gyllenhaal look amazing in his tight bootcut jeans, plaid shirts and shearling coats (left)? Well, now you can own the very shirt off his back (literally, that blue one, left) — the entire wardrobe from Brokeback Mountain is going up on the auction block, from boots and hats to jeans and coats. (Hey, even if you don’t actually wear the thing you buy, you can just hang it in the closet and smell it now and then!) Is it us, or does it seem like every other Hollywood star (Jessica, Ashlee, Nicole and Lindsay) text messaged each other, and decided to debut their new dos within the span of a week? You can add Neve Campbell and Rosario Dawson to that list. Neve, who’s known for her long brunette tresses, was spotted in Dublin two days ago with — whoa, a dramatic crew cut! More terrifying than anything Halloween has to offer. . .it’s out there, and it’s coming to get you. Man-cleavage! Aahhhh!! Ok. Maybe man-cleavage (he-vage?) isn’t horor movie material, but seriously, what is up with the onslaught of celebrity men airing out their breastplates? Unless they’re on stage with a guitar, it just looks more lounge-singer than rock god. I understand unbuttoning the top button. I can even forgive the second button coming undone. But for the good of my retinas, that third button must stay closed! After all, it’s there for a reason, fellas. Believe me, David Beckham (left) isn’t the only guy showing off his stuff. I am in love with Cole-Haan lately. Not only do they make the most comfortable heels, but they are also charitably minded. During their annual Sole to Soul event, running in their retail stores from Oct. 13-22, they will give you 20% off your purchase for bringing in a pair of gently used shoes to donate to a local charity with soul (click here to see the list.) Pregnancy should definitely be about comfort — there’s no denying that. But you don’t have to toss your sartorial sense by the wayside — just look at Heidi Klum or Maggie Gyllenhaal.
