In Paris for fashion week, Katie Holmes and Victoria Beckham are painting the town. . . black and white. As you can see in this gallery of their looks, these fast friends have a perfectly coordinated wardrobe that has us totally impressed. Look at how cleverly they play on proportions! For example, when Katie wears wide leg pants and a slim jacket, Victoria goes for a voluminous top and skinny pants — or a slim dress next to a full skirted gown– so they always look like interlocking puzzle pieces. And these two moms both share flawless makeup, killer pumps and the best oversized sunglasses on the continent. We were a little surprised when we first saw them hanging out, but hey, this is could be the beginning of a beautiful (and wildly stylish) friendship. Oh, Mischa. What has happened to the former fashionista? Her funky fashion choices have gotten more and more out-there since returning to the states from a summer abroad. Here are our votes for her most off-beat moments of the past month.

1. Her infamous diaper shorts/torn tank top combo, worn while grocery shopping with pal Nicole Richie on Sept. 2.

2. Her oddly frumpy palm-panted romper (left), worn while running errands Los Angeles, Sept. 19.

3. Her abstract printed Miu Miu bubble dress (middle), which is oddly reminiscent of crinkled wrapping paper, worn to a Teen Vogue event, Sept. 20

4. Her droopy metallic shirt and skinny jeans combo (right), worn to stylist Rachel Zoe’s birthday dinner, 9/24

5. Her punk-pumpkin outfit, complete with a politically charged t-shirt, worn while out and about in Los Angeles, 10/1.

Blonde with a penchant for partying and a knack for getting in trouble. . . Paris Hilton and Courtney Love obviously have a few things in common. So does it come as a surprise that they have the same taste in clothing? Both women went club hopping in L.A. wearing the same polka-dotted satin rompers within weeks of each other. Paris paired hers with red patent accessories (shoes, belt, purse) while Courtney added an oversize sweater and strappy heels to hers. Who do you think wore it better: the grunge goddess or the globetrotting heiress?
