Angie! Stop hating! She hasn’t had he lips plumped, or eyelids lifted. If you can prove it, then maybe you shouldn’t say it.
Yes! she did have her nose changed. That you can prove, but everything else you’re saying is purely form you own imagination.

She was a beautiful girl before, and she is still a beautiful girl now!
