These shoes are fabulous looking, as are the “Oliver” pumps. I am a shoe freak. And Payless now allows me to overindulge in celebrity style on a less than “celebrity” budget.

Mass retail is a definite money maker! The big designers are finally catching on (check Very Vera Vera Wang at Kohl’s) I’m definitely going to check these out.
