What Was She Thinking? J.LO’s Headwrap

Maybe Jennifer didn’t have time to get her roots done again, but this glittery, grandma babushka certainly didn’t save her from having a bad hair day. The red-carpet ready star rarely missteps, but we have to say, she looks more apt to do a couple laps in the pool than prove to up-and-comers she’s still queen of the block. She is just too young and hot to start taking her fashion cues from Rhoda Morgenstern! Let those lovely locks flow, J. LO! Tell us: What do you think of her headwrap? Hmm, okay. One thing I’ll say is this: I am Russian, and the only meaning in which the word “babushka” is used in Russian is “grandmother.” It is not used to mean “kerchief for the head” or “an elderly Russian woman.”
If these are the meanings that the word has acquired in English — okay… It’s weird, but okay, it is what it is.

Jennifer Lopez looked horrible. I cringed when I saw her walk on stage. I could live with the dress, but the hair cover was a disaster. She made Mark Anthony look hot… and that’s a huge undertaking

S’il Vous Plaît…les amis(es); if this is any indication of J-Low’s idea of sophistication, she is sadly mistaking. This looks more like a “Barbarella does Mars” outfit. Sad & scary isn’t it? Do you remember that duet at the 2005 Grammy awards? I rest my case. She’s done so much better in the past. I remain a fan of Jennifer nontheless;-)

I like the headwrap; it reminds me of something a hollywood starlet from the 20′s would wear. I think its very classy.
