What Was She Thinking? J.LO’s Headwrap

Maybe Jennifer didn’t have time to get her roots done again, but this glittery, grandma babushka certainly didn’t save her from having a bad hair day. The red-carpet ready star rarely missteps, but we have to say, she looks more apt to do a couple laps in the pool than prove to up-and-comers she’s still queen of the block. She is just too young and hot to start taking her fashion cues from Rhoda Morgenstern! Let those lovely locks flow, J. LO! Tell us: What do you think of her headwrap? Was it a hair-do or don’t? Maggie

JLo is always trying new things…pushing the fashion envelope. This is what I love about her….and I think she always looks beautiful.

Miss Terry

J.Lo looks like she’s wearing a glittery wetsuit and about to go night swimming with electric eels.

alejandra

i still think she looks beautiful. Always a different look and always beautiful. You go girl.

VM

This does not look bad at all — provided, of course, that the rest of her outfit matched and wasn’t this glittery itself.

Another note regarding the editor’s comment that J. Lo’s headwrap was a “glittery, grandma babushka.” Do you even know what “babushka” means? It means “grandmother” in Russian, and nothing else. It really does sound kind of ridiculous if you refer to somebody’s headscarf as “glittery grandma grandmother.”

Loni

But that skin! I’m surprised the ProActiv ladies haven’t gotten their claws into this pore-free face.

Michelle

J.Lo looks beautiful. This look zeros in on her face – our attention is not distracted by the hair. Take a look at those eyes – you would swear she is looking at you. You go girl

Mr. A

She’s always been known for pushing the envelope…remember that sheer dress she wore to an award show a couple of years back?

Merriam-Webster

You are both right!

Kris

I saw Mark and JLO dining earlier in the evening at Medieval Times. Her outfit blended in flawlessly. I can only assume, that in her rush, she didn’t have time to change.

Kristy

Wow I can’t believe how many people are that need to get their eyes checked! Number one being whoever styled her! That scarf thing is by far the ugliest thing I’ve seen lately and I don’t care whos’ head it’s on, it’s UGLY! Not even J-Lo can pass this off.

My first thought when watching the VMA’s and I saw her like this was, “Has she been going for chemo/radiation treaments and I missed it?” Not to be insensitive to anyone with cancer! The wrap thing is just dreadful.
