In this week’s PEOPLE magazine, StyleWatch introduces you to Randi Shinder of Fusion Beauty Inc., who created the cult beauty item LipFusion, the plumping lip gloss that many Hollywood starlets are addicted to (like Jessica Alba). The story got us talking around the office, and we quickly realized we are passionately devoted to the little tubes and tubs we carry around in our purses. You already have your lip-plumpers and your push-up bras, but this fall, it’s all about boosting your brows. From Vogue to The New York Times, everyone is proclaiming the return of the heavy brow. Think Brooke Shields in her heyday, but a little less wild and a little more groomed, like Joy Bryant (left) and Keira Knightley’s arches. If your brows are currently skinny but you want to plump them up for fall, the process might take a while and require a little patience! Tweeze a little bit less every week as they grow in, and use eyebrow pencils or eyebrow powder to fill in the gaps. Once they get bushy, you can keep them in place with a little bit of clear mascara or brow gel while keeping the rest of your face fairly bare to avoid an all out 80’s redux.

Wednesday night, adorable Alison was attacked on Project Runway not only for her ill-conceived dress design, but also for her choice of hairstyle for her model (left). Derided for creating an unflattering “Minnie Mouse” effect, Alison tried to defend her choice of blond bow of hair perched on top of her model’s head but to no avail. Looks like the Tresemme stylists backstage weren’t the first ones to have this not so bright idea. Paris Hilton (middle) and Melissa George both wore the look (would you call it hair as hair accessory?) to events in 2005. Paris has been a little cartoonish lately, so maybe the judges weren’t as far off as you might think.

It may not have been all fun in the sun this summer for Lindsay Lohan, but you’d never guess it from the photos of her relaxing in Malibu. Forget the hot career and equally hot romance, we’re impressed by the sheer number of bikinis she owns! Not only does she have enough to change them a few times during the day, but she looks amazing in all of them! (Please, just make the head scarf go away.) And for this major fashionista, no matter how teeny-tiny the outfit, they all deserve to be accessorized with a mega-luxe designer bag (left). Sure, she is originally from Long Island, but this summer, Lohan was undeniably the Princess of Malibu.
